The "Bacetti" are made with the famous biscuits recipe coming presumably from Tortona (Piedmont) in 1893, they might be considered the most famous Italian biscuits in the world.
Their unique shape created by two hemispheres stuck together by a layer of dark chocolate, recalls two lips disclosing in a kiss.
The classic dough with almonds, in our product takes on a whole new flavour, thanks to the replacement of traditional flour with rice flour.
