Venere Black Rice (www.risovenere.it), is a brown rice with a unique black colour.
The characteristic colour is due to the presence of anthocyanins which are strong antioxidants and its rounded shape grains makes it perfect for a huge range of preparations alllowing the chefs to play with colour contrast, it also contains a lot of nutrients.
Use: Risotto with seafood, salads, side dishes.
